Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via USPS within three days of order placement from our shop in Los Angeles, California. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text with your tracking information. Orders usually take 1-5 business days to arrive.
Once an order is shipped,it is out of our hands - we do not have additional information about the package beyond what is provided in your tracking link. Please keep a careful eye out for your delivery, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you receive notification of delivery and your item has not
arrived, please check with your delivery person - we occasionally see delivery scans when a package is still on the truck.
If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and let us know as soon as possible so we can process a replacement.
We offer exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us at email@example.com so we can get you a replacement.
Exchanges can be processed in person at our shop. To begin an exchange for an online order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the item is received, we will issue an exchange credit. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items, and shipping costs are not eligible for exchange credit.
